Dear Members, Supporters, and Friends of PIANO,

It is with great honor and a deep sense of responsibility that I step into the role of President of the
Pennsylvania India American Nurses Organization (PIANO) for the term 2025-2026.. I extend my heartfelt gratitude to the outgoing leadership, our dedicated Board, and all our members for your trust and continued commitment to this vibrant and growing community.
PIANO has always served as a platform to celebrate our heritage, advance nursing excellence, and strengthen our impact in the healthcare community. As we begin this new chapter, my vision
for the term centers around empowerment, engagement, and growth.

My key priorities for 2025–2026 include:
 Empowerment through professional development, mentorship, and leadership
opportunities for nurses at all stages of their careers.
 Engagement by fostering a strong sense of community, cultural pride, and connection
among Indian American nurses.
 Growth by increasing membership and raising awareness about the unique value of
joining a professional Indian nursing organization. Our shared culture and experiences
unite us—and together, we build strength, opportunity, and support.

I also have the pleasure of sharing exciting news:

PIANO is proud to host this year’s National Association of Indian Nurses of America
(NAINA) Clinical Excellence and Leadership Conference (CELC), taking place September
19–21, 2025, in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania.
This prestigious national event brings together Indian American nursing professionals from
across the country for a powerful weekend of education, inspiration, leadership, and community.
It is a proud moment for our organization and a reflection of the trust and recognition PIANO has
earned through the years.

We cordially invite you all to join us for this landmark event. Whether you are a current
member, a new nurse, or a supporter of our mission, this is your opportunity to connect, learn,
and celebrate with our national nursing family.
To every member—your voice and presence matter. I encourage you to stay involved, invite
